Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Cloud9Cinema or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new productions, new advertising campaigns, production enhancements, marketing plans or new production names. Please do not submit any original creative materials such as screenplays, stories, original artwork, suggestions, or other works (“submissions”) in any form to Cloud9Cinema or any of its employees. This policy is solely in place to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Cloud9Cinema’s productions or marketing strategies may seem similar to ideas submitted to Cloud9Cinema. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your communication to us says, the following ‘Terms of Idea Submission’ shall apply to your submissions.

 

Terms of Idea Submission Policy

By sending Cloud9Cinema any information or material, you grant Cloud9cinema an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information that you send us for any purpose. You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Cloud9Cinema, without any compensation to you; (2) Cloud9Cinema may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Cloud9Cinema to review the submission; (4) Cloud9Cinema will have no obligation to return your idea or respond to you in any way; and (5) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
